A talented cast and crew from Baldwin Wallace University staged "Angels in America, Part Two: Perestroika" during the fall 2016 semester. This conclusion of Tony Kushner's award-winning epic of American theatre is a work of stunning imagination, rich humor and profound feeling. The students brought to life Kushner's boundary-breaking depiction of two relationships, one gay and one straight, while giving insight on relationships, politics, illness and life.

Baldwin Wallace University awards merit scholarships to accomplished first-year students
More than 400 first-year students welcomed to the Baldwin Wallace University campus this fall earned $5.2 million dollars in merit scholarships for their outstanding high school achievements. BW grants a wide range of scholarships to current students each year. Including merit and need-based scholarships, BW students received over $41 million in financial support from the University for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Kutztown University Announces Degrees
Kutztown University has conferred degrees on nearly 1,500 students during the winter and spring terms. Kutztown University announces degree conferment twice a year, once in the winter and once in the summer. Commencement exercises are held in May and December; however, students finish their requirements for graduation throughout the entire year. Local residents graduate from Grove City College
The following local residents were among the 595 students who received degrees during Commencement exercises at Grove City College on May 14, 2016. Delivering this year's Commencement address was Dr. Ben Carson, renowned pediatric neurosurgeon and former 2016 Republican presidential candidate. The Class of 2016 was the second largest class in Grove City College history, coming in just shy of the 596-member Class of 2010. In recent years, the Grove City College's four-year graduation rate has climbed to 78 percent, while its six-year graduation rate has reached 85 percent. The average graduation rate in the U.S. is 59 percent.
